The Mediterranean Sea is rich in cultural heritage, with more than 400 UNESCO sites located there. Having been shaped by commercial exchanges and wars, the area is now highly affected by climate change. We are now at the thirtieth Conference of the Parties (COP), and the future of our climate is more worrying than ever. What impact will inaction on climate change have on Mediterranean coastal heritage? How are European, Arab and Maghrebi societies protecting their settlements from rising sea levels? Join us aboard the historic sailing ship Moonspray to learn about protecting the archaeological treasures of the Mediterranean basin!
